BLAME TO GO AROUND

As America lives through the worst foreign policy disaster possibly in its history, it already looks like there will be very little accountability for anyone besides President Joe Biden–and little enough for him. But there are plenty of others who bear great responsibility for our nation’s humiliation and the deaths of Americans and Afghans — both recent and soon to come. Obviously the brown-nosing, butt-kissing political hack generals who stood by and watched this debacle unfold, all while nodding obediently and repeating, “yes sir, yes sir, yes sir.” How tragic that none of them had the courage of Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller, who just lost his command, his commission and his pension* for speaking publicly about the failure in leadership that has betrayed America’s warriors, her friends and the entire nation.

Next on my list is the First Lady, “Doctor” Jill Biden. She, more than anyone else, knew that this man was not competent to lead a dog to the yard, much less the most powerful nation on earth. I won’t speculate as to why she went along with this fraud, but she had to know what kind of condition he was in when she was hiding him in the basement during the campaign, leading him here and there and helping to cover up his obvious inadequacy to the task. I have to wonder if her absence from the public eye of late is due to shame. No, I don’t think so. All of these people are far beyond shame.

Speaking of shame, the mainstream media should be feeling it, but they aren’t. It was the mainstream media that decided anyone was better than Donald Trump and of all the “anyones” available, Joe Biden was the most likely to defeat the hated Enemy of the Swamp. They shamelessly shilled for him, covered up his gaffes, glossed over his inadequacies, excused his bewildering absence from the campaign trail and finally, in an epic example of journalistic malfeasance, dishonesty and election interference that will surely go down in history, blacked out the news about Hunter’s laptop and perpetuated the lie that the story was “Russian disinformation.” They are turning on him now, but they put him in office and bear a heaping big steaming pile of guilt.

Along those same lines the leaders of the Democratic Party surely bear a lion’s share, for once they decided (just like the MSM) that of all those in the race Joe was the only one with a snowball’s chance of defeating Trump, they cheated their party’s voters and made a mockery of democracy in order to make sure that he was the eventual nominee. It the same thing that they did for Hilary, but Biden would have fared no better than Rodham-Clinton except for the next guilty party on our list.

No list of recriminations would be complete without mentioning the “the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics,” the operatives who organized and carried out the most massive–and consequential–election theft in American history. Lawyers who helped bring the lawsuits in the months leading up to the 2020 election, forcing unconstitutional voting law changes in key battleground states that unleashed a tidal wave of mail-in ballots; judges who placed their finger on the scales of justice to achieve a political goal–and we must not here forget those Supreme Court Justices who turned their backs on the Constitution and allowed unconstitutional changes in voting laws to stand before the election and after; operatives who harvested hundreds of thousands of those mailed-out ballots from the confused elderly, the corrupt indifferent and those who never even knew that their unsolicited mail-in ballot had been waylaid; the election workers who carried in the boxes, bags, bundles and in some cases pallets of illegitimate ballots and even gathered around marking them for Joe Biden before placing them into the mix; the workers who ran stacks of ballots through the counting machines over and over; the managers who covered all of this up, ordering authorized poll-watchers off of the counting floor in direct violation of the law; and of course let us not forget the police officers and deputies who did the strong-arm dirty work for these thieves, threatening poll-watchers with arrest and tossing them out, leaving their own posts at opportune moments to facilitate the crimes, violating their oath to defend and protect the United States Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and in so doing became one of those enemies most foul. I hope that all of these people are aware tonight that they have earned a special kind of dishonor among those who foisted this illegitimate, incompetent, corrupt and possibly treasonous administration upon America. The blood of the men and women of our military, as well as the blood of all others who have died and who will die around the world and here in America because of their perfidy cries out from the soil. I hope that they will hear that cry for the rest of their lives and (unless they repent) from a very, very special place in hell.


*Scheller resigned his commission just three years from retirement after being summarily stripped of his command for speaking out publicly to demand accountability of his superiors for the debacle in Afghanistan. For contrast, Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman listened in to a phone call by the Commander-in-Chief, revealed details about the conversation that “concerned” him, and launched the absurd political impeachment of Donald Trump. Vindman was lauded and protected by the the deep state and the Pentagon and was eventually promoted to full colonel before his retirement.

Sometimes the best way to understand the ramifications of a situation is to use an analogy or hypothetical situation to change the circumstances but clarify the issue. Try to imagine this:

A new president is elected and sworn in, and on day one of his term he issues an executive order halting the prosecution of all federal drug crimes. Border Patrol agents are instructed to allow contraband drugs to pass into the country without restriction. Drug smugglers and large-scale dealers are allowed to operate unmolested. Probably some libertarians would applaud, but most of us would be horrified.

Or let’s say that our new president orders a halt to the enforcement of all federal gun laws. The BATFE are ordered to focus on the BAT and E and leave the F alone. The FBI background check system is abandoned and anyone who wants is allowed to manufacture, sell or possess any firearm they like. Some people would consider this a vast improvement over the current system where our constitutionally protected right to keep and bear arms is under constant assault, but a lot of people would absolutely lose their minds.

In these cases, the nation would be shocked by the lawlessness of its chief executive. These laws were passed by Congress and signed into law by a president. The current president does not get to simply decide not to enforce the laws of our nation. The press would be outraged. People would protest. Lawsuits would be filed.

Of course you probably see where this is going. Our current president took office and immediately halted the protection of our borders and the enforcement of America’s immigration laws. The only reason that this abrogation of responsibility went mostly unnoticed is that we have just come to expect it. Our last president, Donald J. Trump, is probably the only president in the last 20 years who took those laws seriously and actually tried to enforce them. Republican or Democrat, for decades our nation’s chief executives have been lackadaisical when it came to protecting our nation’s borders, but this reached new heights under President Obama, who, after admitting that he didn’t have the authority to legalize the children of illegal immigrants, went ahead and did it anyway by executive order. When President Trump tried to reverse that unconstitutional overreach with his own executive order, the Supreme Court prevented it! Nevertheless, Trump made progress on the construction of a much-needed border wall and enacted policies and reforms that dramatically reduced the flood of illegal immigrants across our southern border.

But hours after swearing to “faithfully execute” the office, Joe Biden reversed Trump’s polices, halted construction of the wall and announced to the world that America’s border would no longer be enforced, inviting anyone and everyone to cross into the United States illegally. He has swollen the coffers of the drug cartels with money taken from desperate people trying to take him up on that offer as well as billions in drug profits now smuggled easily into the states while Border Patrol officers are busy catching and releasing illegal immigrants and caring for unaccompanied minors abandoned in the desert all along the border. The mainstream media, who screamed in horror as the Trump administration tried to deal with the flood of children it inherited from the Obama Administration, has turned a blind eye to the thousands of children literally stacked in makeshift shelters by the Biden Administration. The mainstream media, who fainted at the sight of an unmasked person and applauded as violators of the state-mandated Covid-19 restrictions were persecuted or prosecuted, now yawn as hundred of thousands of untested and often infected illegal immigrants are crowded together and then shipped all across the United States into unsuspecting communities.

Over and over we keep hearing that our immigration system is “broken.” It is not broken–it is just unenforced by people who do not want it to work and who are determined to see comprehensive immigration reform. This is a code-phrase and every time you hear it, insert the word amnesty. Joe Biden and the democrats are flooding America with the equivalent of the current population of several states, deliberately distributing them across the nation with a plan to permanently alter the demographic and political composition of this country. When these illegals are finally amnestied (the democrats and some republicans will not rest until it happens) they expect to have a permanent voting majority and our nation will be forever changed for the worse.

This fiasco at the border is not an “unintended” consequence of Biden’s well-intended but foolish progressive policies. It is a cynical, deliberate and criminal plot to overthrow our constitutional republican form of government. This massive revision to our nation is all the more maddening because it is being accomplished by a president who achieved the office through fraud and deceit [there, I said it!] whose party holds power with the barest of majorities in Congress and who can maintain this position of power only with the undisguised cooperation of the diabolically corrupt mainstream media.

“No Amendment is Absolute.”

It’s nice to know our president believes that. Of course we already knew that he and his “progressive” ilk do not believe that the Constitution itself is absolute. After all, it’s a “living, breathing document” that changes with the times. In other words, it doesn’t mean anything if it keeps them from doing what they want to do.

We’ve also known for a long time that the Second Amendment means nothing to them. Biden repeatedly claimed to be a “strong supporter” of the Second Amendment, often adding “I own a shotgun!” But he never hid his disdain for the right to keep and bear arms. In his eyes it means that the American people are entitled to own the firearms and ammunition that (for the moment) the government allows them to own. That’s like saying you have freedom of speech, provided you don’t say anything the government doesn’t like.

But now we know that he believes all the amendments are subject to interpretation, adjustment, change, disregard and whatever wind of government authority happens to blow. Drawing on Biden’s plans for the Second Amendment, some examples:

  • Freedom of religions is absolutely guaranteed — provided that your religion doesn’t offend anyone’s sexual preference or gender choices.
  • Freedom of the press will be respected — as long as the press does not report anything that the government considers “misinformation” (facts or opinions that are embarrassing or inconvenient to the regime).
  • Freedom to assemble is a fundamental right — provided that you are rioting, burning and looting in support of BLM, ANTIFA or against the police, law and order or White Supremacy (by which they mean anything or anyone they don’t like). Simply attending a Trump rally could be grounds for loss of employment, fines and imprisonment even if the crime does not include “meandering” through the Capitol Building.
  • The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effect against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated — except when raiding the homes of citizens suspected of harboring forbidden “weapons of war” (any firearm someone might use to resist oppression by a despotic government) or those suspected of other types of resistance against the exercise of tyrannical governmental authority.
  • No person shall be put in jeopardy of life or limb twice for the same offense — except when a “not guilty” verdict contradicts the expressed demands of a favored identity group.
  • No person may be compelled to testify or give evidence against themselves — unless the regime must use exceptional methods to discover the location of hidden arms caches that might be used to resist oppression by a tyrannical government.
  • Cruel and unusual punishment shall not be inflictedexcept that exceptions may be made for White Supremacists (conservatives, Trump supporters, etc.).
  • The enumeration of certain rights in the Constitution shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people — but since no amendment is absolute, there actually are no rights retained by the people except those recognized and permitted by the government. (In other words, there are no rights.)
  • The federal government shall have only the powers granted to it by the Constitution and all other powers are reserved to the states or to the people — except that in cases of emergency (that is, whenever it wants to) the federal government may impose restrictions on individual freedoms that it feels are necessary. (For example, closing schools and businesses, forbidding gatherings for church services, Trump rallies or Thanksgiving Dinners at private homes, requiring the wearing of masks to appear in public or a “Vaccination Passport” in order to travel.)
  • No person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law — unless the government suspects them of especially heinous crimes, such as harboring forbidden weapons or war, being White Supremacists or resisting government power.
  • The right to vote may not be denied on the basis of race, color or previous condition of servitude. However, White Supremacists (whatever their race or color) may be disenfranchised to rectify past White Privilege and enforce “equity.”
  • No person shall be eligible to be elected President of the United States more than twice — unless, of course, there is an emergency.

Everybody (even Democrats) like to say, “we are a nation of laws!” but we all know that this is no longer true. We are a nation that is governed by the (almost) unrestrained use of force by our government. “Stroke of the pen–law of the land!” But the “Law of the Land” is the United States Constitution, and those amendments are all a part of that document. Anyone who can read and think can understand what it says and means. Anyone with any sense at all knows what shall not be infringed means. When the right of the American people to arm themselves to counter government tyranny is finally infringed to death, then you can erase that “(almost)” from the paragraph above. And then say goodbye to the 13th Amendment too.

After all, even the amendment abolishing slavery isn’t “absolute.”

Of Course You Realize This means war.

Yesterday I watched a clip of Joe Biden saying, “look, the 2nd Amendment doesn’t say you can’t restrict the kinds of weapons people can own.” It’s the same interview where he said, “Bingo!” to people who say a Biden administration means they’re going to come for their guns. I’d like to add that apparently the 1st Amendment doesn’t say you can’t restrict the kind of things people can say or write on their blogs or Facebook page (such as expressing the belief that the 2020 election was fraudulent). The 1st Amendment doesn’t mean you can’t tell people what kind of news they can watch or report (such as Fox News). The 1st Amendment doesn’t mean you can’t tell people what kind of religious beliefs they can hold (such as believing that taking the life of an unborn child is murder). Next I suppose we will discover that the 4th Amendment doesn’t say that the police can’t break into your house and look for evidence of something for which to convict you, or that the 5th Amendment doesn’t say the police can’t beat a confession out of you if they’re pretty sure you’re guilty.

H.R. 127 is the Democrat’s new gun control bill now before congress. You have to give them this: they go big or they go home–and they don’t intend to go home. When I write something like this, I don’t like to rely on what other people say about the issue, so I looked it up. I don’t want you to (a) take my word for it, or (b) accuse me of making stuff up and go away shaking your head, so I am linking to a copy of H.R. 127 here on my site. My review of it may not be as thorough as that of other “experts” on the subject, because I don’t speak “legalese” and I haven’t got all day to go through this monstrosity, but for what it’s worth, here it is:

  1. Universal Registration: It will establish a universal registration system for all firearms and ammunition in the United States. This registry will be administered by the Attorney General.
  2. Deadline to Register: Firearms owned before the law is passed must be registered within 3 months. After passage, firearms must be registered on the date the firearm is acquired.
  3. Database: The database must be accessible to all law enforcement, all branches of the Armed Forces,[**] all state and local governments, and all members of the public. [That’s right! They want criminals who need a gun to know where exactly they can steal one close by!]
  4. Universal Licensing: It will establish a licensing system for owning firearms and ammunition. You can get a license after a background check; a psychological evaluation that complies with standards set by the Attorney General, is conducted by a psychologist approved by the Attorney General, includes an interview with spouse/former spouse/and at least 2 other persons who are family members or associates; mandatory training; and after obtaining an insurance policy that will cost $800 per year. It will be unlawful to possess a firearm or ammunition unless licensed and compliant with all the other requirements.
  5. Licensing for Antique Firearms: Require licensing in order to display an antique firearm in your home.
  6. “Military-type” weapons are defined as all models, variants and copies of the AK-47, AR-15, TEC-9, Uzi, Galil, Beretta AR70, FN/FAL, M-10 (and other variants), Steyr AUG, any revolving cylinder shotguns, any semiautomatic rifle or handgun that has at least 2 mostly cosmetic characteristics that I wont’ go into here. All of these are added to the list of weapons required to be licensed and registered under the National Firearms Act (NFA) just like machineguns, which includes a $200 tax per firearm.
  7. Penalties for violations of above vary as follows:
    • Violations of 922(aa) [unlicensed possession of a firearm]: fines not less than $75,000 and not more than $150,000, imprisonment not less than 15 years and not more than 25 years, or both.
    • Violations of 922(bb)(1) [transfer a firearm to an unlicensed person]: fines not less than $50,000 and not more than $75,000, imprisonment not less than 10 years and not more than 15 years, or both.
    • Violations of 922(bb)(2) [transfer to another person without notifying the Attorney General]: fines not less than $30,000 and not more than $50,000, imprisonment not less than 5 years and not more than 10 years, or both.
    • Violations of 922(bb)(3) [loaning a firearm to a person without notifying the Attorney General ]: fines not less than $5,000 and not more than $10,000. (No prison! How generous!}
    • Violations of 922(bb)(4) [a person holding a valid license transferring a firearm to a person who is not 18. Note that apparently it is not unlawful for an unlicensed person!]: fines not less than $75,000 and not more than $100,000, imprisonment not less than 15 years and not more than 25 years, or bothunless the transferee possesses or uses the firearm during a crime in which case it’s $100,000 to $150,000 and not less than 25 or more than 40 years.
    • Violations of 922(cc) [failure to have an insurance policy in effect as specified above]: fines not less than $50,000 and not more than $100,000, imprisonment not less than 10 years and not more than 20 years, or both.
  8. “Certain Ammunition:” It will be unlawful to:
    • Possess ammunition .50 caliber or greater
    • Possess a “Large Capacity Ammunition Feeding Device.”
    • Large Capacity Ammunition Feeding Devices are defined as any feeding device that can hold more than ten (10) rounds of ammunition.
  9. Penalties for violations of above vary as follows:
    • Violations of 922(dd)(1) [possession of ammunition .50 caliber or greater ]: fines not less than $50,000 and not more than $100,000, imprisonment not less than 10 years and not more than 20 years, or both.
    • Violations of 922(dd)(2) [possession of a “large capacity ammunition feeding device]: fines not less than $10,000 and not more than $25,000, imprisonment not less than 1 years and not more than 5 years, or both.

They cannot possibly expect you to believe that all of this is about preventing crime. This is about disarming America’s law-abiding citizens so that they will no longer pose a threat to the agenda of an out of control government. This is about control.

In a previous post I have tried to explain that our rights (including the right to keep and bear arms) are not granted to us by the United States Constitution. Our rights were given to us by God and the government has no legal authority to take them away. They cannot be voted away by a majority of our misguided fellow citizens, they cannot be outlawed by Congress, they cannot be abrogated by Executive Order, and they cannot even be declared “unconstitutional” by a lawless Supreme Court. Our fundamental rights can only be striped from us by lawless, unconstitutional government power wielded by a tyrant. And it can only do so if we allow it.

Please understand this: if the government can do this (see above) to your right to keep and bear arms then they can and eventually will do similar things to all of your other rights, until your “rights” are nothing more than privileges allowed by your government when (and if) it sees fit. Do not accuse me of declaring war on America or even on the lawless federal government. H.R. 127 is nothing less than a declaration of war by our government upon us. Why has our nation’s capital been turned into an armed military encampment? Why does H.R. 127 specifically provide for the United States Military to have access to the database of those licensed to have firearms? [See ** above.] Why are the Democrats, who have for this moment achieved complete control over the legislative and executive branches, so frightened of an armed American citizenry?

Does H.R. 127 look like “infringement” to you? As I wrote before, the Second Amendment does not describe a right to hunt, target shoot or even protect yourself from criminals. The Second Amendment describes the right of American citizens to “alter or abolish” their government should it become “destructive of these ends” [securing our unalienable rights]. “Military-type” weapons are exactly the type of arms that the Second Amendment described a right for us to possess and laws like H.R. 127 established by governments like the one now in power in Washington, D.C. are exactly why the right to keep and bear arms is so vital to the “security of a free state.”

I ask, does H.R. 127 evince a design to reduce us under absolute Despotism?

Reichstag Burning

The Reichstag fire (German: Reichstagsbrand, was an arson attack on the Reichstag building, home of the German parliament in Berlin, on Monday 27 February 1933, precisely four weeks after Adolf Hitler was sworn in as Chancellor of Germany. Hitler’s government stated that Marinus van der Lubbe, a Dutch council communist, was the culprit, and it attributed the fire to communist agitators. A German court decided later that year that Van der Lubbe had acted alone, as he had claimed. The day after the fire, the Reichstag Fire Decree was passed. The Nazi Party used the fire as a pretext to claim that communists were plotting against the German government, which made the fire pivotal in the establishment of Nazi Germany

Gina Carano got fired from her gig at Disney for reminding people that the Jews couldn’t be rounded up and murdered until the German government managed to get their neighbors to hate them, a reference to the demonizing of conservatives by Democrats, the left, the mainstream media, pop culture, and so on. It seems that comparing someone to Hitler or the Nazis is just about the worst thing you can do these days–unless you are on the left comparing Donald Trump, Republicans and conservatives to Hitler or calling them Nazis. I just searched “Trump compared to Hitler” and in addition to a few articles detailing how many times Donald Trump was compared to Hitler (at least 9 or so specific instances) there were also plenty of articles actually comparing Trump to Hitler. I bring that up because I am about to compare what happened on February 27, 1933 and afterwards in Germany and what happened on January 6, 2021 and the days following in the United States of America.

People often forget that Adolf Hitler was democratically elected. I don’t know if his election was as fraudulent as our 2020 presidential election, but Hitler was elected Chancellor of Germany. The power that office provided him, though, was not sufficient to accomplish his objectives. An emergency was needed.

The responsibility for the Reichstag fire remains a topic of debate and research.[3][4] The Nazis accused the Comintern of the act. However, some historians believe, based on archive evidence, that the arson had been planned and ordered by the Nazis as a false flag operation.

Hitler urged President Paul von Hindenburg to issue an emergency decree to suspend civil liberties and pursue a “ruthless confrontation” with the Communist Party of Germany.[2] After the decree was issued, the government instituted mass arrests of communists, including all of the Communist Party’s parliamentary delegates. With their bitter rival communists gone and their seats empty, the Nazi Party went from having a plurality to a majority, thus enabling Hitler to consolidate his power.

Right now the Democrats hold the White House, a razor-thin majority in the House and a tie-breaker majority in the Senate. But they are concerned that this is not going to be enough to effect the complete transformation of the United States that they have promised their radical socialist base.

Whoever planned the riot of January 6, 2021 and whoever executed it, it is clear that the Democrats fully intend to capitalize on the event. They are calling for a “war on domestic terror” by which they mean anyone who resists their radical reshaping of American society. They are calling for the establishment of a “Truth Commission” (Ministry of Propaganda) to ferret out “lies and disinformation” (opinions contrary to theirs and facts that are inconvenient or embarrassing) and to mobilize and direct America’s intelligence agencies toward its citizens (their own Secret Police). And under Nancy Pelosi’s control, with no explanation or description of any specific credible threat, they have festooned our nation’s capitol with razor wire, walls and fences and armed National Guard troops. [Walls and National Guard troops at our border with Mexico: immoral. Walls and National Guard troops surrounding Nancy Pelosi and their nascent authoritarian regime: just fine!]

If all of that is not enough to scare the hell out of you, consider that one of the first priorities of the Democrat Congress and President Joe Biden is going to be licensing, registering, banning and confiscating the firearms of America’s militia–the one that is “necessary to the security of a free state.”

Our God-given right to keep and bear arms for the defense of our liberty is needed now more than ever before in our nation’s history.

How I know the 2020 Election was stolen

You know by now. I sometimes write dangerous things. This post is going to be another one, because there are few things you can do right now that are more dangerous than asserting that the 2020 Presidential Election was stolen from Donald Trump.

There are very sound constitutional grounds to question the outcome of the 2020 election. The U.S. Constitution was violated in several instances where the election laws in some key states were changed by “extra-constitutional” means. Democratic lawsuits secured changes in election laws (rather than by the state legislature as required by the Constitution) effecting a vast expansion of mail-in balloting at the same time that scrutiny of mail-in ballots was virtually eliminated. And so while the number of mail-in ballots grew exponentially the percentage of invalid mail-in ballots dropped to almost nothing. Of course, it was this tsunami of unaccountable mail-in ballots that gave Biden his margin of victory in the key battleground states.

And contrary to what is said every day on the television, there is a lot of evidence of fraud. Sworn affidavits from individuals who witnessed incredibly bold manipulations of the election system: truckloads of ballots carried by postal workers from New York to Philadelphia on election night, groups of people filling out hundreds or thousands of blank ballots just outside of counting centers, videos of cases of ballots brought from underneath tables and counted after poll-watchers are sent home, boxes and boxes of fresh, new ballots, never folded, all marked for Joe Biden and nothing else. I could go on and on, but there’s something even more significant that convinces me that not only was this election stolen right out from under the noses of the American electorate, just about everybody knows it.

It is as if there was a brazen daylight robbery on Main Street. Armed men swarmed into a jewelry store, forced patrons to lie on the floor, smashed cases and filled bags with loot. They took the proprietor into the back room and forced him to open the safe and cleaned it out. When they were finished, they backed out the door and warned everyone, “don’t call the police…or else!” Of course the proprietor did call the police, but that’s when it really got strange. The cops came out, took a quick look around and determined that no robbery took place. Dumbfounded, the store owner brought out the CCTV video showing the robbers pushing people around, smashing cases, scooping up the jewelry. The police took a quick look and determined that the video was not evidence a robbery took place. Eyewitnesses who were in the store came forward, eager to tell what they saw, but the police refused to listen to them. The store owner spoke to the press, but they also declared that there was “nothing to see here” and turned their backs. Finally, the owner went to court, hoping for justice, but the judge summarily threw out his suit, refusing to even look at any of the evidence. Most telling, the police, the media, the DA’s office and everyone in government tried to get witnesses to change their story and warned them to be silent. People who declared that there had been a robbery and asked what the hell was going on were threatened with legal action. They lost their jobs when their employers were pressured to fire them. Their banks closed their accounts. Their attorneys told them that they couldn’t represent them anymore. Whenever they tried to tell anyone that store had been robbed, powerful voices stepped up and called them liars, darkly hinting that they might be enemies of democracy, insurrectionists or terrorists. They were eliminated from social media platforms so that they couldn’t keep spreading their “disinformation.” Finally, even some people who actually saw the robbery take place began to agree that it never happened, doubting what they had seen with their own eyes. The store owner who wouldn’t shut up was prosecuted and branded a terrorist, along with anybody who continued to parrot the “lie” that there had ever been a robbery.

And yet everybody knew that there had been a robbery. The only conclusion that you could draw was that the police, the DA’s office, the press, the social media platforms–the powers that were forcing people into silence had somehow been complicit in the robbery, had profited by it, and had a good reason to enforce the lie that it had never happened.

Sometimes the coverup is even more informative than the evidence itself.

MAD

During the roughly half-century of the Cold War, it was generally accepted that both the Soviet Union and the United States possessed enough nuclear weapons to destroy each other many times over. This state of equilibrium was nicknamed “MAD” for Mutually Assured Destruction. The idea that each superpower was prepared to wipe out the entire civilian population of the other was widely criticized as immoral, but we must recognize that it succeeded in preventing nuclear war or any other major conflict between these nations.

Volumes have been written on the concept of just war, and what is and is not moral in a conflict of national survival. The fact is, you must be willing to match the tactics of your enemy or you will lose. If the enemy bombs your civilians, you must be prepared to bomb his. If the enemy uses nukes or biological warfare, you must be prepared to do the same. If you are prepared to do so, there is a chance that the enemy will exercise restraint. If you are not prepared to retaliate, your enemy will attack and you will lose.

I hate to frame it this way, but we are in a war now for the survival of our free nation with an enemy that has no scruples, no compunctions and accepts no definition of good and evil except that whatever furthers their ends is good, and whatever (or whoever) stands in their way is evil. If you haven’t figured it out by now, the enemies of American freedom will do literally anything to gain power and keep it. I’m not going to put an exhaustive list here, but over the last four years we have personally witnessed the atrocious lengths to which the Democrats will go in order to get Donald Trump out of the White House and prevent him from eroding their permanent power base in Washington. We have lived through a four-year coup d’état that included weaponizing the nation’s intelligence services and justice department, unprecedented manipulation of the supposedly free press, secret and fraudulent congressional investigations culminating in a bogus impeachment, violent riots across the nation that cost millions of dollars and many human lives, and election fraud on a massive scale. All of this leading now to in an unprecedented attempt to not just defeat their political enemy, but to destroy him personally in every way possible.

And not him only, but the politics of personal destruction also apply to anyone who worked in the Trump Administration and now anyone who dared to support Donald Trump. A bevvy of major corporations have now announced that they will make no more political contributions to PACs that support Republican senators and house members who dared to challenge Biden’s electoral votes. We are watching as those in Congress who recognized that the 2020 election was stolen are systematically silenced, marginalized and, if possible, forced into some kind of personal exile where they are cut off from public life, blacklisted and put on a political “no-fly” list. The 78 million Americans who voted for Donald Trump will be next if the Democrats can just figure out a way to herd us all into cattle cars and haul us off to social reeducation camps.

This is what the Democrats, leftists, progressives and statists do. It doesn’t bother them to destroy the lives of their political enemies, because it works, and that is all that matters. Harass, silence, cancel enough conservatives and many of them will begin to choose discretion, the better part of valor. The rest of the American people will get the message as well.

The point of this post is that, as repugnant and repulsive as it may be, conservatives and Republicans are going to have to start playing this vicious game. Democrats can destroy the personal lives of individuals for non-existent crimes and never fear retribution for their misdeeds because we don’t do that. Big businesses can virtue signal by attacking Republican lawmakers all they want and there is no down-side because no one on the right will ever suggest a boycott or anything like it. It’s as if Germany began bombing civilians in London and Churchill refused to allow the RAF to bomb civilians in Berlin. The British could have felt very righteous and moral about it while Hitler was moving into Buckingham Palace.

That’s not what WE do, but unless we learn to retaliate in kind, what we will certainly do is continue to lose until we have lost our nation, our liberty and our lives.

Here’s my first suggestion: should the Republicans somehow keep the Democrats from institutionalizing their “most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics”and retake the House in two years, their first item of business should be to impeach Joe Biden (or Kamala Harris if she has managed to shove him out of the way by then). Any reason, no reason, it doesn’t matter. Impeach the Democratic president, and make sure that he/she gets exactly the same fair treatment and due process that Donald Trump received at the hands of the Democrats.

The Democrats have set the rules for this game. (No rules.) Republicans had better get in the game.

Kiss America Goodbye

If you think that title sounds alarmist, think again.

Undoubtedly the worst presidential candidate in modern history, crooked, cognitively challenged and thrust into office by the dedicated efforts of America’s lapdog media, her socialist Big Tech and “the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics,” Joe Biden has not even taken office yet. Nor has the razor thin Democratic tie (+socialist Kamala Harris) in the Senate been installed. But the Democrats can taste the power that they will soon wield and they are already making their wish list, naming those whom they will persecute and punish, lining up for new investigations and prosecutions, and above all laying plans to secure their grip on the power they have gained so that they never have to surrender it again. In anticipation of their ascendancy and in cooperation with its expected permanency, Big Tech has already begun silencing any voice of opposition to the one-party rule that America will soon suffer, permanently banning soon-to-be-ex-President Donald Trump, blocking any social media platform that does not agree to censor conservative speech, shutting off access to servers and internet services for alternative media and laying the groundwork for a universal blockade of information outside the “mainstream” narrative. Books are being banned, political contributors outed and threatened. Fund-raising websites deny access to anyone not politically correct. The list goes on and on.

How long until this website is blocked or banned? How long until e-commerce sites that sell t-shirts with images and legends derisive of left-wing, socialist, progressive, statist ideas and personalities are dropped? How long until guns, ammunition and related goods and services are banned from the Internet? How long until PayPal and other e-payment options are denied to conservative organizations or websites? How long until churches find their live-streamed services blocked because the pastor dared to preach against homosexuality or abortion? How long until your bank begins “monitoring” your accounts to identify support for “domestic terrorist” (conservative) causes and candidates? Don’t dare scoff at these questions! Who would have ever believed that America would see the day that churches were ordered closed and pastors threatened with jail for refusing to comply?

“But censorship like that is okay because it’s not the government doing it!” That’s what they’re going to say, and I know because that’s what they’ve already said. Conservatives have no right to speak on college campuses because it isn’t the government silencing them. Conservatives have no right to have their opinions shared in the mainstream media–or even to expect that facts and events demonstrative of the lies told by the left are published anywhere that the public can see them. Free people have no right to be heard as long as it is the left-wing monolithic tech monopolies (that your government has fostered) that are silencing and crushing them. You have no freedom if it is someone other than the government depriving you of it. Really?

When was the last time you read the Declaration of Independence? If you’ve read my book, God, America and Liberty you’ve already heard this analogy, but here it is again: most ideologically-based associations (like churches) have two founding documents, a statement of faith or beliefs and a constitution or bylaws. The constitution or bylaws is a set of rules for how they will conduct business: how the leader is chosen, how the directors are chosen, who is in charge of the money and how it is handled and spent, etc. The statement of faith or belief is a list of the core convictions held by the association, the common ideas that bind the members together in one body. The rules are important, but the beliefs are why the association exists in the first place. The Declaration of Independence is our nation’s statement of faith. Please take a moment to read it in its entirety, but here is a very important quote:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Our government was institution in order to secure our rights (all government are supposed to be) not just to abstain from destroying them itself. You have the right to life, and your government is not just supposed to refrain from killing you, it is supposed to keep others (foreign governments and other citizens) from killing you too. You have a right to liberty, and your government’s responsibility is not just to abstain itself from stripping you of your liberties, it is also required to prevent others from taking your liberties as well. Your rights were given to you by God. They were not granted to you by government. When your government stands by and allows the Big Corporate Mainstream Media to gouge out your eyes and stop your ears (by blacking out news that you need in order to make an informed choice in an election, e.g. the Hunter Biden story) and allows Big Corporate Tech to rip out your tongue (by silencing anyone who defies the left-wing narrative by trying to inform you, e.g. the Hunter Biden story) then your government has become destructive of the ends of securing your liberties.

We are at a crisis point in our nation’s history. Our government has long been out of control and indifferent to our freedom, but now it has gone from indifference to antipathy, becoming destructive of our freedoms. Very soon you will not be able to read words like those in our Declaration of Independence on the Internet or hear them on the television.

What then?

Cutting Off Your Nose…

We have just witnessed an election here in the United States that would have been more at home in Cuba, Venezuela, the former Soviet Union or Russia today, and if the ones who stole it have their way, the United States of America will be well on its way to becoming a socialist workers’ paradise like Cuba, Venezuela, the former Soviet Union or Russia today.

Now there are some people, active, well-respected, supposedly smart Republicans who are actually suggesting that freedom-loving Americans should boycott the January runoff elections in Georgia to make the point that we don’t like it. With all due respect to the people who suggest that, it would be stupid, stupid, stupid! The enemies of freedom may have succeeded in cheating us out of victory this time, but “boycotting” the runoff election would simply grant them victory by default and allow them to permanently consolidate the power that they have stolen! My folks used to call that “cutting off your nose to spite your face,” a foolish and self-destructive exercise of frustration, like refusing to eat any of your own birthday cake because you don’t like turning sixty-three.

By coming out and voting for Donald Trump in a true landslide, Americans forced our enemies to cheat on such a monumental scale that it could not be hidden as the usual “voting irregularities” that we have always seen before. They had to go all in with unconstitutional election law changes, electronic vote theft that will eventually be clearly revealed in a careful analysis of the numbers, and a tidal wave of fraudulent mail-in ballots in boxes, trash cans, suitcases by the truckload, freshly printed, never-folded and marked as a vote for Joe Biden for president and no other race—and then fed through the counting machines three or four times.

Even if successful, this was a theft that cannot be hidden. Even if it could not be overturned it should motivate the nation to reform the election laws of all states so that such a thing cannot be accomplished again. If we stay strong, vote, and keep control of the Senate we can prevent them from permanently cementing their grip on the power that they have stolen. And in the long run, deprived of their accustomed pathway to victory (cheating) our enemies will find themselves severely handicapped in all future elections.

We have to do the same thing again: vote in such overwhelming numbers that they cannot steal this election without “water-main breaks,” midnight deliveries of truckloads of fraudulent ballots and cheating so obvious that all of America will see it. And then, if they do that, we need to fight them as if our nation’s survival depended on it. It does.

One other thing: Georgians should either recall Governor Kemp and Secretary of State Raffensperger or primary them out of office in 2022. More about this later.


The Memo is Out

I’m very sad to announce that I must now consider Fox News Network a member of the “Mainstream Media.” But that’s not what this posting is about. It’s about the memo that apparently went out to all of the news outlets in America. There are a few points to it:

  • Joe Biden is the winner 2020 presidential election. We’re not “projecting” him the winner, or announcing that he “seems to have won” the election. He is the “President-Elect.” Kamala Harris is the “Vice President-Elect.” They won. They are it. End of discussion.
  • Yes, we recognize that the vote is not official yet, but we’re not going to talk about that.
  • Yes, we recognize that Donald Trump (sore loser that he is) is mounting challenges in court, claiming wide-spread, systemic election fraud, and it might in some instances be necessary to mention this fact, but if it must be mentioned, the following verbal footnote shall be attached in every case: “…no evidence has been presented.” Variations of this phrase are allowed, such as “we have seen no evidence of this.”

“We have seen no evidence of fraud.” There’s plenty of evidence out there right now, anecdotal evidence in many cases, but a complete TV blackout has been ordered. After all, we mustn’t do anything to erode the American voter’s confidence in our election system, right? They weren’t so concerned about that four years ago when they were insisting that the Russians threw the election to Trump and that his election was “illegitimate.” It’s also hard to “erode” something that pretty-much no longer exists.

Here’s a good example. It isn’t the presidential election, but it is exactly the same issue that has been repeated in presidential, senatorial and house elections all over the country. It is related to the vote-counting software. Watch carefully, and be sure to listen to attorney Sidney Powell’s comments at the end.

That’s very interesting, and I do consider that “evidence” of voter fraud, but it’s just the tip of the iceberg. There is, however, one other thing I wanted to be sure to point out. Did you notice that CNN immediately cut to a “full-screen” when Kentucky began updating its vote tallies and kept it off the screen until CNN could update its ribbon? Do you really believe that this was a coincidence? It appears that CNN knew that the mysterious vote count adjustment was happening and tried to keep it off the screen. Wouldn’t that indicate that CNN at least knew about the computer manipulation of votes in real time? Were they a party to it? What about all of the other networks that played along?

Maybe there was another memo we don’t know about yet.
